Classroom Games

Choose your challenge.

Below I have various games and escape rooms created around different themes and with different levels of difficulty. The difficulty is rated on a scale of 1-5 ears. An escape room rated "πŸ‘‚" is a relatively easy challenge, whileΒ  "πŸ‘‚πŸ‘‚πŸ‘‚πŸ‘‚πŸ‘‚" would indicate the most difficult. If you listen carefully, all of the information you need to succeed in any of the escape rooms can be found in various episodes of Who ARTed and Art Smart.Β

You may have heard me sharing this classroom game on Art Ed Radio, or at a conference. So many people were interested, I put together a page for teachers to run the game themselves. Basically, I set up an obstacle course between my students and a collection of artworks. I give them clues describing half the artworks and their job is to figure out which artworks they need, make their way across the room, and recover those artworks one masterpiece at a time.Β
